  absolutely offensive. don't go to this church if you are someone trying to turn your life around and turn to God... you'll just get shamed about where you've been. Definitely NOT the right sermon, especially for visitors. Terrible representation of what it means to live on mission. Also, ONE person said welcome to my family... and the pastor didn't even recognize there were visitors.

  This is a group of Christians that really try to follow where Christ has led, caring about each other and the world around them. They aren't perfect--far from it--but are willing to be changed by God day by day. A great community to live life with!

  At 60 I so much enjoy the Senior men's class that John teaches. Sharing time, prayer needs addressed and solid, applicable Bible study. Worship has a good blend of hymns and contemporary. The church has a good sized choir, with excellent pianist and organ. Other instruments and drums (shielded by Plexiglas to prevent being too loud) add a great dimension. Hymnals and projected words and Scripture make it comfortable. Listening devices are maintained, ready and available, and used by several. The church sits on about 15 acres, with a preschool playground just inside the forested section. A LONG wooded nature trail with nice wooden bridges over the winding creeks which flow with clear water frogs seem to love. While not wheel chair accessible due to a couple steep slopes, it is a wonderful walk totally shaded that my dog loves to go! The walk is about 1/3 mile long starting from the rear parking lot and finishing back at the rear lot about 150' away. There are a few log seats, especially towards the end. The church does a good job of maintaining the walk. Enjoy!
