  I am so pleased with Redeemer Lutheran Preschool and Childcare! My boys have thrived with the curriculum. The facility is top notch and activities are education centered. Most importantly, my children look forward to going to "school" everyday. I love Redeemer Lutheran Preschool and Childcare because it is a faith-based program, with lots of love and learning for the children. The staff is always friendly and makes time to communicate with the children and myself. The director is warm and inviting and makes efforts to be accommodating when special needs and issues arrive. I feel like my children are getting the best of kindergarten prep and having tons of fun, which is important to create a lifelong desire for learning. I have witnessed my boys becoming more independent, making lasting friendships, feeling comfortable in their learning environment, making strides in their knowledge and becoming critical thinkers. The only regret that I have is that I didn't enroll them into this amazing program sooner!

  Staff very friendly and nice. Staff seems stressed and overworked. Director not very friendly and not very knowledgeable when I asked questions. It seemed like a lot of children in rooms and not in appropriate aged rooms. This facility advertised for different ages so children can be at appropriate skill levels but not the case with this facility. Teachers stated some children still in rooms up to 6 months after birthday and could not move until preschool graduates in spring!!! Children at other facilities I visited moved immediately after birthday and moved up with children their appropriate age level and were challenged at their skill level. Overheard a staff member state she had to use the restroom but had to wait until another employee relieved her. Seemed like director was very disorganized as well. This review for daycare only.
